Harbor Court Hotel, A Kimpton Hotel

This is a very conveniently located hotel. It is not luxurious or upscale but clean & tidy. My biggest complain with this hotel is the staffs ((lobby, door)). They are very unprofessional. I don't think I've ever seen such unfriendly staff in any hotel. I didn't expect Hyatt, Westin level quality but I was expecting similar to Marriott, Hilton level service & I was sorely disappointed. The charming Harbor Court hotel is located in a very exciting, "happening", and beautiful area of San Francisco. If you don't need a big room, this hotel is perfect. Good location, responsive staff, beautiful decor, pet-friendly, small and unhurried.

The size of the rooms; however, it was well-worth the priceline rate.

This hotel was very nice, specially for the business traveller. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The downside was parking not only being extra, but way expensive. Also, no late eve food service. Other wise - great. ...read more

the hotel room that we got was way to small, we requested something to the front desk, but it never made it to our room. the tv was small. the only nice thing about this hotel is it's location.
